Hi, I’m Swasti, your mentor for this course! During my research, I discovered that most jewellery design students struggle to put their ideas onto the paper because even after investing in courses worth thousands of dollars, they aren't taught how to draw perspective and orthographic views of jewellery. Even if they are, they still find it challenging to draw 2D-3D views of jewellery, since they are made to see jewellery as a whole. Hence, I have designed and structured this course to help you master the skill of drawing 2D-3D views of jewellery by breaking a jewellery down into all its little elements and teaching you how to draw those elements, thus making it easier for you to understand and draw 2D or 3D view of a jewellery design. I have also covered how the view will change, if any element were to move or change. 

Apart from this, I have focused upon layering and how to show it in perspective or orthographic views since the industry prefers designs with multiple layers, as layers make a design look much more interesting. For this course, all you need is a good internet connection, jewellery templates, a mechanical pencil, two small set squares, a medium set square, a 6" ruler and a few A4 papers/notebook.
